Yes, we have 3 heaters for inside the tent.
Yes we provide all dishes, cutlery, glassware and glasses for the Bar as well.
Yes we have a Dance Floor is it 18x18ft.
Yes you may have a Band or a DJ. We also provide a sound system(mic included) for the ceremony which can also be moved into the tent for your MC/speeches during the reception. Sound must be lowered at 11pm to comply with our by-laws. In addition all music must be completely off at 12:30am. All bands of DJs must be cleaned up and offsite by 1am. There are no exceptions to these timelines.
Yes, you are responsible for your own alcohol and we do not charge a corkage fee. It must be served by someone with a liquor license (or certified bar tender) and you must have Part Alcohol Liability (PAL insurance). In addition the bar must be closed at 12:30am no exceptions.
We ask that any candles are enclosed, and if you choose to hang anything in the tent that it is done with zip ties, twine/string, or fishing line. No tape, staples or nails.
We set up all tables, chairs and ceremony space. You are just responsible to set up any decor or personal items. Additionally we do all cleanup and you are just required to take your decor/personal belongings home with you at the end of the night.
You will have access to the property at 9am the day of your event.
All guests, vendors and personal items must be off the property by 1:00am.
Yes, we get everyone in to rehearse! We cannot guarantee that it will be the day before your event but it will be the week prior to your date. Rehearsals will be scheduled two weeks before the wedding date.
Yes we cater to any food preferences, restrictions and allergies. We love food and want everyone to experience delicious food on the day of the event, therefore we don't charge additional for any changes in the Menu.
We offer Buffet or Family Style. There is an additional charge for Family Style serving.

We do not allow outside food due to Health Food Safety. You are allowed to bring in your own desserts.
The ceremony backup plan is inside the tent.
We have limited parking, if you have a large wedding or are providing alcohol we strongly suggest you shuttle guests. We recommend First Student Charter.

Yes we have indoor washrooms with wheelchair accessibility.
We have a 18x18 dance floor and the rest is grass. Our vision is to be dining al fresco in Alberta therefore there is no flooring.
Yes, we are surrounded by farm fields and nature. We do our best to keep guests comfortable, we spray around the tent with a peppermint mixture safe for us and our animals. We recommend bring bug spray for your guests or even some citronella candles.
No we do not allow fireworks.
